Volunteering at the Panhandle Overland Rally means being part of the team that makes the entire weekend possible.

As a volunteer, you’ll get hands-on involvement in a real overland event—helping with setup, supporting vendors and activities, assisting attendees, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. It’s a chance to contribute, learn, and connect with the overland community in a meaningful way.

Volunteers aren’t just helpers here—they’re part of the rally. You’ll spend time around great people, cool rigs, campfires, live music, and the shared energy that makes events like this special. Whether you’re looking to give back, meet like-minded folks, or get more involved in the overland world, volunteering is one of the best ways to do it.

Volunteer passes provide event access during assigned shifts and allow you to experience the rally while playing a key role in its success.
